" No hard sell, knew their stuff and told the truth (e.g. That 1.25kW was as much as we could reasonably get onto the useful part of our roof and therefore probably wouldn't give as good a return on investment), most thorough survey. Reasonable price compared to other quotes. Good back office service. The components they use look to be good quality (from web reviews elsewhere). Kept to price and time perfectly. Outstandingly good fitters - excellent workmanship on roof, gubbins and electrics (although they could have been better prepared for the trenching work); polite, patient and professional throughout. Only time will tell whether this was a worthwhile investment - I'll report back in 20 years. “You will be pleased to know that the PV solar system you installed for us here at Milford on Sea on 1 Feb this year is working well, and I have recently received a cheque from Eon, our Eenergy Company, for £566.61 to pay for the energy generated during the first quarter of its operation. This represents a tax free return of approx 12% on our investment of £18,000. The power generated during this period was 1297 kWh which exceeds even your own predictions when you sold me the system. I understand that the forthcoming Which report will criticise installation companies  for overselling the capabilities of their PV Solar systems - and you may use this message, if you wish, to refute that criticism in respect of your company.

As far as we are concerned your company has performed extremely well from our first contact with you last year. Your pre-installation survey was comprehensive and obviously accurate, since the installation of the panels went without a hitch and was completed in one day. Your advice and help with the FIT registration process was also useful and our application to join the FIT scheme was accepted by Eon without any difficulties.
