As an independent Ground-Source Heat Pump installer, we work closely with many leading household names in Heat Pump technology and are an Approved Distributor for brands such as Dimplex, Mitsubishi, Daikin and many others. All Heat Pumps we offer are approved under the MicroGeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and will therefore be eligible for any feed-in tariffs or grants once they have been finalised.

Ground-Source Heat Pumps offer an extremely environmentally-friendly source of energy from which to generate hot water and heat your home or business premises.
Heat pumps are increasingly attractive due to recent improvements in efficiency and the spiralling cost of fossil fuels. They are already widely used in many UK schools, council buildings, business premises and private homes as they are able to produce more energy than they consume by using conventional refrigeration technology to absorb heat from the earth and raise it to the required temperatures for heating.
As nearly 75% of the energy required to run a Ground-Source heat pump is generated directly from the environment, heat pumps are one of the most efficient heating and hot water technologies available. For every 1kWh of electricity used to power a heat pump compressor, between 4-5 kWh of heating energy are produced, giving ground-source heat pumps an efficiency of 400% or higher.
At present, we all have the freedom to choose whether or not to voluntarily install greener technologies to reduce the impact of our home or business on the environment. However, these greener technologies may soon become compulsory on all new build properies in the near future through possible Government legislation.
