I was initially contacted through marketing and from the outset it was not 'another sales call'. The gentleman took the approach of 'did I understand Solar PV'. It impressed me that it was not just a hard sell. I then met David Rutledge who has been excellent and never hassled me. He has taken time to ensure I knew exactly what I was purchasing and WHY. Was it really for me? Due to my continual delays David has given me several quotes and then when the date changed for the FIT, the company tried to install my PV before the December cut-off date.

This is when I first came into contact with Andy (our Technical Manager). He was excellent mailing me drawings and taking the time to discuss the position of my chimney with me.

Unfortunately I could not be installed until last week. I still believe it is a good return for your money at 0.21p and even if there was no FIT, we should be using what nature provides for free. The scaffolding was put in place on Tuesday by two of Adams team who were very clean, efficient and polite.

On Thursday Simon, Reef and Kieran installed the system. Very nice people and a pleasure to have in my home. They were efficient, clean and considerate. Phil the electrician I think excelled as I have a basement and the wiring ran over 4 floors from attic to basement. Believe me this is a long way when you are running cable. Throughout they all explained the system to me and Phil did a brilliant job explaining the electrical side to me.

Since I first signed up I have spoken with the office and Debbie several times. Each time she has been very customer friendly. Taking time to explain every detail to me.

I live on my own and in this day and age it is refreshing to find a genuine company with employees who care about the individual and the standard of work. Thank you for getting the extra panel to me.
