When designing larger commercial solar thermal systems, there are a number of factors that need careful consideration. These include the type of panels (flat-plate or evacuated tube), the solar collector array configuration, the suitability of the storage cylinder and the control strategy amongst others.
Solar Thermal systems can be directly fixed onto the roof of your premises or, mainly in the case of a flat roof or standalone system, mounted on a frame to achieve the optimal angle in relation to the sun.
